Their customer service is top notch! It has been almost a year since the pool was completed and Ryan and Sam continue to help. One of the parts on the cover broke and they immediately replaced it even though we are 70 miles away. The purpose of this letter is to recommend Ryan Stadler with Rocky Mountain Pools and his crew for your pool remodeling needs. We are and established luxury apartment complex in Meridian, Idaho with 120 units. At the beginning of our pool season we found ourselves in a bit of a bind as the conditions of our pool required us to close the pool until we could have the plaster redone. While other pool companies told us that they couldn't help us until later in the season, Ryan told us that he could get it done the next week if we moved quickly. Well, the owner was so impressed with Ryan's presentation that he decided to expand the scope of the project to include new tile, brick, and spay deck, in fact tripling the time and amount of work at the last minute! This didn't faze Ryan as he and his crew stepped up to the plate and completed our project on time and as scheduled right before the first day of summer.

Our remodeled pool is now the highlight of our property and the residents are enjoying it now more that ever.
